Pasture Raised Chickens..... just like grandma's!
We raised Antibiotic, steriod, hormone free meat chicken. They are Jumbo Cornish X birds. Bred for raising on pasture their average weight at kill is 3-5 lbs. dressed. These birds are raised on pasture for 9 weeks. These birds sell for $10 each....dead/alive. Dressing of birds is free and by request. We will have birds from April through November.
On-Farm pickup is required on kill dates.
Killing is done biblically (see Leviticus) by slitting the throat. All innerds are removed and the birds are cooled.
Be sure to place your order asap! Indicate how many birds you want on what date and if you want them dressed. You will receive a confirmation email.
